What is being announced today?
We are pleased to announce a partnership between GOLDTOE® and Amazon. GOLDTOE® will now leverage Amazon’s strong distribution network and fast-shipping to service customers worldwide.

Is there any change to the GOLDTOE® product offering?
The vast majority of our product offering will be available on Amazon’s marketplace. From time to time, we may have exclusive offerings with select retail partners outside of Amazon. Those products would only be available at those specific retailer’s locations and/or web sites.

Can I find GOLDTOE® products outside of Amazon?
Yes, GOLDTOE® can still be purchased at our other fine retail partner’s locations and on their web sites. Other retail partners include, but are not limited to Beall’s®, Belk®, Bloomingdale’s®, Boscov’s®, JCPenney®, Kohl’s®, and Macy’s®.

Will pricing change?
GOLDTOE® products will continue to be made available in an equivalent and competitive pricing format.

Shipping?
Leveraging Amazon’s strong distribution network, customers will benefit from top tier customer service and fast-shipping.

I have an old GOLDTOE® gift card. Can I still use it?
Unfortunately, older GOLDTOE® gift cards are no longer valid.

If ordered on Amazon, please visit Amazon.com to view your order status. If ordered through goldtoe.com prior to our partnership with Amazon, your order will ship no later than February 7, 2020 and you will receive an email with order tracking information.

When can I expect my refund?
If ordered via Amazon, please visit Amazon’s Returns & Refunds section. If ordered via goldtoe.com, please allow 3-5 business days after your products are received at our warehouse for a refund to post to your account. The exact time frame will depend on your bank and credit card company.

How do I unsubscribe from GOLDTOE® emails?
We hope you will enjoy our special collections, exciting product previews and exclusive contents offered to our email customers. However if you wish to unsubscribe we offer several options: At the bottom of our promotional emails, you’ll see a link to Unsubscribe or Manage Preferences or you can contact customer care to be removed. Please allow up to 7 days to an unsubscribe request to fully take effect. We ask that you not mark goldtoe.com emails as SPAM as a method to unsubscribe as it could result in the blocking of other important emails from GOLDTOE® including order status, returns or refund status.

Product Care
Washing instructions for GOLDTOE® socks?
For best results, launder inside out. Machine wash and tumble dry at low temperatures. Only use Non-Chlorine bleach when needed. See specific product packaging for more detailed instructions.
