SHIPPING POLICY

We make every effort to ship within 5 business days (excluding Holidays). To receive FREE ground shipping you must spend $50 excluding tax and shipping.

  • Standard ground shipping is $4.99 per address.
  • Overnight shipping is available for $14.99 (Order by Noon EDT Monday - Thursday to Receive Orders Next Business Day).
  • Overnight Shipping Orders - PLEASE PROVIDE A STREET ADDRESS, NO P.O. BOXES.
  • APO's are NOT accepted
  • NO International Orders at this time

DISCOUNTS AND OFFERS

Discounts and promotional offers, whether received via e-mail or any of our site wide offers, cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with other offers. Not valid for cash or cash equivalent. We reserve the right to cancel any promotion at any time.

RETURN POLICY

We will accept any Online Return so long as it:
  • Is made within 45 days of the original purchase;
  • You present the original web page or email receipt or packing slip; and,
  • All packaging and/or tags are included.
  • Complete and return this Return Form with your package
  • Original shipping and handling cannot be refunded.
  • Return postage cannot be reimbursed.

We reserve the right to require identification, proof of purchase, or additional verifiable information to help us locate the purchase in our records. After we have received your valid return, we will provide a credit to the payment card used to pay for the product. If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to impose different or additional conditions, including (without limitation) basing our response on the current sales price. Original shipping and handling cannot be refunded. Return postage cannot be reimbursed.
