DAVE HAHN GLOBAL MOUNTAINEER Dave Hahn of Taos, New Mexico, is the first and only non-Sherpa climber to reach the summit of Mount Everest 13 times. He has summitted Antarctica’s highest mountain, Vinson Massif, 27 times. And, he has topped Denali—North America’s highest peak—19 times. Dave was a key member of the 1999 expedition that discovered the body of renowned English climber, George Mallory, who was lost in 1924 at 27,000 feet on Everest's North flank.
